A Pimms, Bucks Fizz and a Canard -Duchene Champagne reception will be served on board one of our elegant river vessels from where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the rowing and wonderful atmosphere of the most prestigious event of the English Summer Season. |

Our Hospitality Managers will direct you to your exclusive Marquee, where we will serve a four course Luncheon, which will be accompanied by Wines from Louis Latour and Table waters from Hildon. |

Your cruise will take you upstream and after passing the finish line, you will be able to take in the views of Henley Town Centre, before the vessel navigates Rod Eyot Island. We will then cruise the entire length of the Course allowing guests to take in views of the Stewards Enclosure and Temple Island. After passing the start line your vessel will turn and return to her moorings at Fawley Meadow. There will be a full complimentary bar available throughout the cruise. |

Upon arrival at Fawley Meadows, a classic English Afternoon Cream Tea will be served, which can be enjoyed either within your marquee or whilst relaxing on the Lawns. |

Our elegant Motor Yachts 'Fringilla' and 'La Chemme' are available
for charter, at £2,950.00 + VAT per day for a maximum of 10 guests.
This package includes all the facilities detailed in our ' Special Events' Brochure, in addition to the exclusive use of your own elegant motor yacht.
There is a complimentary Shuttle bus service that
operates from Henley Station to the Hospitality Village during the
morning and return
