HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA 2008

The Henley Royal Regatta is one of the essential sporting and social occasions of the English ‘ Season’. For more than twenty years the Maidenhead Steam Navigation Company has hosted many thousands of guests at its exclusive riverside complex, right on the course, within sight of the famous Stewards’ Enclosure.

In addition we offer private car parking adjacent to the site, a complimentary shuttle service to Henley station, floral decorations, colour televisions (for the tennis!) and the classic Dixieland sounds of our Traditional Jazz Band to entertain you throughout the day.

There are exclusive charters for companies wishing to entertain from 60 to 140 guests aboard their own boat. The reception and afternoon cruise are taken on board followed by luncheon and tea.

Smaller parties from 2 upwards are most welcome. Exclusive tables are available for groups of 6, 8 or 10.

Guests do return year after year. Whether you wish to entertain clients, a group of family or friends or just wish to pamper someone close to you, a day at the Henley Royal Regatta will forever stay in the memory.

Small Parties Package
For groups of 2 – 64 sharing a marquee within our hospitality complex.
This package includes all the facilities detailed in our Special Events brochure.

Days and Price
Prices are £195 + VAT for the Friday, £179 + VAT
for the rest.
Private yacht charter still at £2,950 + VAT. The Friday
'Additional guests' is the 5th July.

Exclusive Charter
(Minimum 65 guests)
Private yacht charter still at £2,950 + VAT. The Friday

Private Motor Yachts
Our elegant Motor Yachts 'Fringilla' and 'La Chemme' are available for charter, at £2,950.00 + VAT per day for a maximum of 10 guests.

This package includes all the facilities detailed in our ' Special Events' Brochure, in addition to the exclusive use of your own elegant motor yacht.

There is a complimentary Shuttle bus service that operates from Henley Station to the Hospitality Village during the morning and returning to Henley at the end of your day.
